Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications, including calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
- Prepare and distribute confidential documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office Suite
- Oversee office inventory, supply procurement, and vendor relationship management

Qualifications
