Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate logistics for department heads
- Process incoming communications including emails, calls, and mail with precision
- Prepare and distribute professional documents, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office inventory and procurement of supplies/equipment
- Assist with onboarding new hires and coordinate training sessions
- Support data entry, record maintenance, and confidential information handling
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports

Qualifications
