Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming communications, including calls, emails, and mail with discretion
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for efficient document retrieval
- Coordinate office operations, including supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Support event planning and meeting logistics for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of progressive administrative support experience
