Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements for senior staff
- Process payroll, expense reports, and financial documentation with precision
- Oversee office inventory, procurement, and vendor relationship management
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal staff and external stakeholders
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure compliance with record-keeping protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience (3+ years)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven experience with office management and administrative workflows
