- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain organized filing systems
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and office supply management
- Support HR initiatives onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records
- Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless communication and operations

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or front desk experience in professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
