- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire paperwork
- Support departmental projects through data analysis and document preparation
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent administrative experience (2+ years)
- Proficient in data entry with 60+ WPM typing speed and 99.5% accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
