Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and confidential documents
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Assist with onboarding processes, new hire paperwork, and training coordination
- Handle incoming communications, screen calls, and redirect inquiries appropriately
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Support project coordination through data entry, report compilation, and meeting preparation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in corporate settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Associate's degree or relevant certification (or equivalent experience)
