Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications including phone calls, emails, and mail with professionalism
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate office operations including inventory management, supply ordering, and vendor relations
- Support team meetings through preparation, note-taking, and minute documentation
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
