Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate internal schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.

- Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate electronic and physical records.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory levels.
- Support the management team with ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Must be willing to work in Jacksonville, FL.
