Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications including calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and confidential documents
- Coordinate office operations including supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Support onboarding processes and maintain accurate personnel records
- Organize and maintain filing systems both physical and digital
- Assist with special projects and event coordination as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced settings

- Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
