Responsibilities
- Accurately input and manage data using Microsoft Excel and proprietary software
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage executive calendars
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external communications
