Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations to ensure all stakeholders are informed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, invoices, and financial documentation.
- Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems to ensure information is easily retrievable.
- Order and inventory office supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar office support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
