Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor management
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining HR records
- Support budget tracking and expense report processing
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proven problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
- Experience with office management software (e.g., Salesforce, Asana)
