Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex meeting logistics
- Handle incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate filing systems and digital document databases
- Prepare professional reports, presentations, and confidential documents
- Assist with onboarding processes and coordinate office supplies inventory
- Support event planning and travel arrangements for executive staff
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative support experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
