Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex meeting logistics
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence and reports
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for executive team
- Support onboarding processes for new hires and vendor management
- Assist with special projects requiring research and data compilation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
- Minimum 3 years of professional administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with tight deadlines
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Experience with scheduling tools like Calendly or Microsoft Bookings
