Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meeting logistics
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence and reports
- Assist with event coordination and volunteer management
- Process expense reports and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Support procurement and office supply inventory management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of administrative support experience
