Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements for executive team
- Handle incoming communications (calls, emails, correspondence) with professionalism
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility management
- Prepare and distribute confidential reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Support departmental projects with data entry, document creation, and record-keeping
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
- Minimum 3 years in professional administrative support role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven experience managing confidential information with discretion
