Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office inventory management, supply procurement, and vendor relationships
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external communications and inquiries
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and maintain confidential records
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Support event planning and meeting logistics for company initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years progressive administrative support experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven experience managing executive calendars and complex scheduling
- High level of discretion and professionalism handling confidential information
