Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional documents and reports
- Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement processes
- Coordinate departmental events and maintain office equipment functionality
- Support data management through accurate record-keeping and filing systems
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience
