Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings across departments
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and confidential documents
- Oversee office inventory, procurement, and vendor relationship management
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation

Qualifications
