Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Handle incoming communications including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare and distribute confidential reports, presentations, and documents
- Oversee office inventory, supply procurement, and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for leadership team
- Assist in onboarding new employees and training on office procedures
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification required
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
