Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence with professionalism.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain the executive calendar.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit documents including reports, presentations, and memos.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and general office supply management.
- Assist in coordinating company events and team-building activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work occasional overtime if needed.
