Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions relevant to 2026
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks, scenario plans, and innovation roadmaps to executive leadership
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future trends into product development lifecycles and go-to-market strategies
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Conduct original research and publish thought leadership on future trends in technology adoption and human-machine collaboration
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops that challenge conventional thinking and spark breakthrough ideas
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through data modeling and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3/metaverse) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies, horizon scanning frameworks, and trend analysis tools
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or technology strategy preferred
