Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet all visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Communication: Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently using a multi-line system and take accurate messages when necessary.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with care and timeliness.
- Office Operations: Maintain the reception area and common spaces to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Data Entry: Assist with basic data entry tasks, filing, and scheduling appointments as required.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate access for maintenance personnel or vendors and log all entries appropriately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with standard office equipment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Problem Solving: Ability to multitask effectively and handle unexpected situations with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
