Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing
- Greet and register all visitors with exceptional customer service
- Coordinate meeting room schedules and A/V equipment setups
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages with accuracy
- Maintain pristine reception area appearance and amenities
- Support administrative tasks including document scanning and filing
- Assist with event coordination for weekend client functions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional receptionist or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and phone etiquette skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations

- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday, 8am-5pm)
