Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring a clean and professional environment.
- Answer and redirect incoming phone calls, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Greet and welcome all visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and distribute it to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Coordinate with the administrative team to ensure all weekend operations run smoothly.
- Handle cash handling and petty cash reconciliation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in office support is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
