Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during weekend shifts, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Greet all visitors, clients, and vendors with a friendly demeanor and assist with check-in procedures.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, including data entry and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
