Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- Communication: Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Manage office correspondence, sort mail, and distribute messages promptly.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining the daily calendar for weekend staff.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and common workspaces are tidy, organized, and well-stocked.
- Data Entry: Update and maintain accurate records and databases as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in an office support role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Organization: High level of attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
