Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors warmly and manage the reception area to ensure a professional first impression.
- Phone Support: Answer incoming calls, screen inquiries, and route messages to the appropriate staff members promptly.
- Administrative Assistance: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, sort deliveries, and assist with data entry as needed.
- Scheduling Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the weekend team.
- Visitor Relations: Verify visitor credentials and provide directions or assistance within the facility.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a clerical role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
