Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Welcome and greet all visitors and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Communication: Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Mail & Logistics: Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Handle data entry, maintain filing systems, and assist with basic office errands.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, arrange conference rooms, and ensure audio-visual equipment is ready.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities professionally.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
