Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.
- Phone Support: Answer incoming calls professionally, screen inquiries, and route them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Administrative Support: Handle mail distribution, package logging, and general office errands during business hours.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of visitors, schedule updates, and incoming correspondence using office software.
- Customer Service: Assist walk-in clients with basic information requests and direct them to the correct meeting rooms or personnel.
- Lobby Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Calendar Management: Support the management team by scheduling appointments and managing the weekend calendar.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a regular schedule.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic computer operations.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
