Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional demeanor, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, taking accurate messages and forwarding inquiries to the correct department.
- Manage the front desk operations, including managing mail, deliveries, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar to ensure no conflicts.
- Assist with light administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Monitor office inventory and notify management of supply needs.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an office support role is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
