- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate visitor logs.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scheduling weekend appointments.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Associate is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and phone systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
