Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors to our Mesa facility in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments or take detailed messages.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining the reception area.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar for the weekend shift.
- Handle cash handling and light bookkeeping tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
