Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems and direct calls to appropriate departments
- Greet and screen visitors with exceptional professionalism
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supplies inventory
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and equipment setups
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and issue access badges
- Assist with basic clerical tasks including document scanning and filing
- Support event coordination for weekend corporate functions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
