Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones and transferring calls with speed and accuracy.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently to appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Handle incoming inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Ensure strict adherence to company security and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
