Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks, ensuring 100% accuracy in all records, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls, taking detailed messages and forwarding them promptly to the relevant staff.
- Organize, maintain, and update physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling, mail processing, and expense reporting.
- Collaborate with the weekend management team to ensure all office operations run efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in receptionist, administrative support, or data entry roles.
- Proven typing speed of 40+ words per minute with exceptional accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday, with reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
