Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, greeting visitors warmly and directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Perform accurate and high-speed data entry tasks, including updating client records, processing forms, and maintaining databases.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, take detailed messages, and handle routine inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office, including stocking supplies and managing the mailroom.
- Assist with basic administrative duties such as filing, scanning documents, and preparing meeting materials.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth office operations during weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with a focus on data entry speed and accuracy.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
