Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer multi-line phones, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer and company information into our database systems, ensuring 100% data integrity.
- Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor office supply levels and assist in ordering necessary materials to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Reporting: Assist in generating basic reports and maintaining organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
