Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, manage the lobby, and answer multi-line phone systems professionally during weekend hours.
- Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain customer and employee information in our internal databases.
- Administrative Support: Sort and distribute mail, handle incoming faxes, and prepare internal documents.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and restock office supplies and breakroom amenities.
- Customer Service: Assist clients and visitors with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Report Generation: Compile weekly data reports from entered information.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or data entry role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in typing and data processing.
