- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services with accuracy.
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with management for restocking to keep the workspace organized.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional certification in administrative support is a plus.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
