Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
- Manage mail distribution, package deliveries, and reception area upkeep.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Coordinate weekend events or meeting room bookings as needed.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in office support is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
