The Role:
As our Weekend Receptionist, you will be the face of our company during peak hours. You will manage the front desk, assist visitors, and ensure our operations run smoothly while our administrative teams focus on core business tasks.
Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of our brand.
- Communication Hub: Answer incoming calls, screen inquiries, and route messages to the appropriate department or personnel promptly.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage package deliveries, and distribute correspondence efficiently.
- Scheduling & Data Entry: Assist with light scheduling tasks and maintain accurate records in our CRM and filing systems.
- Customer Assistance: Provide directions and information to guests, answer general questions, and resolve issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Office Maintenance: Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Professionalism: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
