Responsibilities
- Manage front desk reception including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone system, and directing inquiries
- Coordinate weekend meeting room bookings and ensure facilities are maintained to company standards
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages with accurate documentation
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and file management
- Support office operations by managing inventory of supplies and equipment
- Act as primary emergency contact point during weekend hours following established protocols
- Collaborate with weekday staff to ensure seamless transition of information and tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in receptionist or customer-facing role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
