Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including call screening, visitor greeting, and mail handling
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and coordinate meeting room reservations
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Coordinate with staff for weekend deliveries and emergency communications
- Uphold company security protocols including visitor badge issuance
- Assist with office supply inventory and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting

- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday 8am-5pm)
