- Maintain organized digital filing systems using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and equipment maintenance
- Assist with basic administrative tasks like document scanning and photocopying
- Support team members with weekend project coordination and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional typing accuracy (45+ WPM) and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
