Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professionalism and efficiency
- Greet and screen visitors in a high-traffic corporate lobby
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and calendar management
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain office supply inventory and procurement
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and filing
- Collaborate with security team for building access control
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments

- Flexibility to work weekends (Sat/Sun 8am-5pm)
