- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling etiquette
- Greet and screen visitors while maintaining a secure reception area
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries with precision
- Coordinate meeting room reservations and office equipment bookings
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and issue access badges
- Support administrative tasks including document scanning and filing
- Assist with office supply inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
