Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and professionally route all incoming calls
- Welcoming and registering all visitors with exceptional client service
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain conference room schedules
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage package deliveries
- Perform light administrative tasks including data entry and filing
- Maintain pristine reception area appearance and supply inventory
- Support ad-hoc projects for executive team during weekend hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist/front desk experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and calendar systems
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) required
- Valid California driver's license preferred
