- Coordinate meeting room bookings and calendar management
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and package deliveries
- Perform light administrative duties including data entry and filing
- Maintain organized reception area with professional presentation
- Support cross-departmental projects as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred)
- 1+ years receptionist or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure situations

- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
